• Job Description

  - Make decisions in finding the location of the kitchen
  - Take care of all operation systems included kitchen equipment, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordinate with related departments to make sure all operation is properly operated.
  - Control the cost of materials, wastes, resources as well as raw materials in operations such as gas, raw materials, clean water and etc to be sufficient for operating.
  - Investigate problems that may arise in the operation and propose solutions.
  - Handle daily operation issues.
  - Participate in recruiting your own future crew members (approximately 50-100).
  - Presenting plans and cost estimates in various stages to the management team and directors.
