  • Position Summary
  - To coach and guide the algorithm performance solution that is correct and suitable to subordinates. To control a team work, and making
  evaluation coordinating with related department to ensure quality of work and reporting to management. To establish quality assurance
  procedures and implement of modern techniques to improve quality of work. To close follow up all of the assignment with determination,
  diligence, patience, honesty, trustworthy, and full capacity to meet the quantity and quality requirement.
  
  • Major Accountability
  - To assist the training and development.
  - Other duties as may be assigned by superiors/represented company
  - To support sale
  - Solve the problem at the job site
  
  •Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  1. Sales Support (25%)
  2. Repair and Dealt with the problem situation (25%)
  3. Coordinate and Solve problems with factory (20%)
  4. Identify about parts problems that occur repeatedly to acknowledge the factory (10%)
  5. Create customer satisfaction (5%)
