    Responsible for billing and tracking debts, Customers amortizing debt in the accounting system, Review and reconcile the bank deposit

    Issue sales bill and rent
    - Issue a daily product bill
    - Issue the monthly rental bill from the rental fee system.
    - Check the completeness of the bill that has been delivered to the customer.

    Billing and debt collection
    - Prepare documents for the customer bill
    - Apply for debt collection from customers
    - To collect money from staff

    Write-off in the MAC5 system
    - Amortization of goods and leases in the accounting system.
    - Reconcile the balance of the bank deposit

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male or female, age not over 30 years old
    - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Economic/Finance
    - Experience in Accounting around 1-2 years (New Graduate also welcome)
    - Able to go to work at Phetchaburi (Depends on candidate manage schedule but company have dormitory and food support)

    【Advantage】
    - Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, etc.)
    - Well organized, time management and attention to detail with multi-tasking skills.
    - Ability to work under pressure and meet organisational deadlines.
    - Able to communicate in both Thai and English skills as fairly good or communicable level
