  - Robot , LCiA , AGV
  - Creating and implementing automation and robotic system, project to support each factory.
  - Handling multiple concurrent automation and robotic system projects
  - Conduct research on robotic technology to create new robotic systems or system capabilities
  
  2. Productivity improvement
  - Implemented Improve increase capacity & Developed capacity plan
  - LOB / Ergonomic / Process improvement
  - Productivity up improve
  - Controlling an improvement process for production achievement to target.
  - Providing project status reports, schedule, and budget issues for Automation Manager.
  - Manpower reduction
  - Overhead Cost reduction
  - Logistic improve
  - Develop & improve and optimize process with using Six Sigma Project ,Kaizen.
