  • Job Description

    - Conduct teacher trainings (i.e., Foundation Training, LittleSEED Training, etc.)
    - Provide on-site support by visiting customers and provide feedback to teachers and school management as appropriate.
    - Provide remote support by conducting video lesson analysis on lessons that are sent in by GrapeSEED teachers.
    - Answer any teacher support issues in person, via email, phone, or on video conference.
    - Document and track all visits and observations.
    - Conduct an organized plan of site visits and share that with local GrapeSEED Supervisor and school management.
    - As needed, support GrapeSEED Sales in supporting marketing and parent events.
    - Other duties as assigned in support of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or female, Thai Nationallity
    - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to tactfully handle sensitive communications (Native English Skill)
    - Able to successfully handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in an efficient and logically sound manner
    - Able to complete complex tasks without direct supervision
    - Excellent time management skills
    - Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
    - Possess a high standard of ethical conduct
    - Strong computer skills including
    - Excellent attention to detail
    - GrapeSEED teaching experience a plus
    - English teaching or instructional coaching
