  • Job Description

    - Control the performance of production operation leader and operator in mixing process.
    - Manage manpower planning, Solve and analyze problem in production.
    - Manage multiple production lines, planning manpower requirements to make sure capacity and on time delivery.
    - Reduce defect in production.
    - Collaborate with top management to suggest improvement to the production lines that will make operations more effective.
    - Train and develop operators in order to increase their skills.
    - Follow up on daily production and down time report, daily yield.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male 35-40 years old.
    - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Relate in position
    - Preferably 5 year's experiences in production and have leader skills.
    - Communication in English
    - Can travel by themselves
    - Experience in supervising production lines And able to work under pressure as well
    - Not allergic to chemicals, If having knowledge of chemistry would be an advantage
