    - Design ,Supervision and Construction of Mechanical Facility (Air Conditioning Facility, Plumbing & Sanitary Facility)
    - Responsibilities including organization, planning, scheduling, revenue recognition& planning, cash & invoicing, budget preparation and estimate/management of resources and coordination with technical teams
    - Meeting with client (The main client is a general contractor)
    - If necessary go to construction site
    - Other task

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Male / age 40-55
    - English: conversation level
    - Experience of the machinery equipment in constriction field for factory
    - Having experience of installation for Sanitary Facility and Air conditioning Facility in Factory
    - At least 5 years experience of Construction Management
    - Driver license (when go to construction site need drive a car by self)
    - Not job hopper

    [Advantage]
    - Work in Japanese company
