    - Research and make reports on markets and industries related M&A based on clients request
    - Research and make reports on companies on M&A
    - Make a appointment with clients and coordinate with them
    - Analysis financial report of clients and calculate corporate value
    - Coordinate process due-diligence with lawyers and CPAs
    * every documents need to be prepared in English

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Fluent in English (need to make documents and report in English)
    - Finance or accounting knowledge(understand accounting standard and analysis financial statements)
    - Less than 40 years
    - Have Japanese Certificate N2 over
    - experience in M&A advisory

    <Better>
    - work experience in investment bank/Big-4 auditing firm
    - CPA holder
