  Products : Thermistor, Surge Absorber
  
  - Optimize the use of manpower, operation time and methods as per standards in the manufacturing processes, in order to achieve efficiency, productivity, safety and quality
  - Implement methods and processes for improvement, and control equipment on the production lines
  - Establish standards to solve problems and comply with standards to reduce wastes and time on the manufacturing line
  - Create standard work process and work instructions for the manufacturing line
  - Closely monitor to ensure the compliance with instructions
  - Check (and follow up) basic part quality during manufacturing as determined by standards
  - Check (and follow up) production output, and compare with plans
  - Summarize the results and report considering resources and spoiled ratio
  - Analyze and improve the manufacturing process to achieve high efficiency
  - Supervise and manage subordinates of all levels to maintain an efficient work environment following company’s rules and policies
  - Other related tasks as assigned by supervisors or company
