• Job Description

  - Responsible for contact to confirm the booking plan, receiving the notice of arrival, and updating the LOG;
  - Planing the schedule of the export cargo in the system, and contact the shipping agent and freight forwarder to book the space, dispatch the car, and load
  - Responsible for filling out and delivering the export shipping notice and tracking the receipt and delivery of export goods and bills of lading;
  - Responsible for the supervision of the implementation of daily container loading and the preparation of the next day's delivery plan.
  - Responsible for forecasting the export expenses , monthly bill review, plan expenses for the whole year, and providing a summary of financial in transit and export departure notices.
  - Control and Supervise W/H to archive target , Inventory control Management
  - Sales operations and customer service in Land Freight, Air Freight / Freight Forwarder
  - Preparation of quotations for customers
  - Coordinating with customers / visiting customers / finding new customers
  - Summary of sales reports presented to management
