• Job Description

  【Main Duty】
  - Maintain, review, audit, sustain and update the QESH management systems.
  - Propose, define, monitor and measure organization performance.
  - Plan, lead the implementation and ensure continual improvement of TFS TH QESH operations.
  - Coordinate organizational and QESH Risk management
  - Ensure development of effective Emergency Response Plans.
  - Lead, undertake incident investigations and root cause analysis.
  - Ensure timely closure and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
  - Lead and drive Sulzer LEAN initiatives in TFS APAC
  - Work with operations to set project specific QESH objectives and ensure they’re met.
  - Lead team of QESH personnel to support project site activities on all QESH related issues
  - Liaise with customers and government agencies and ensure compliance to legal and other requirements and submit necessary reports timely.
  - Identify QESH related training requirements, plan and execute such trainings effectively
  - Maintain and retain required documents and records; ensure the timely retrievability
  - Implement global TFS QESH initiatives and report the performance to regional management
