Job Description
- Responsible on customer claim issues.
- Handle customer complaints and communicate effectively to team for containment, corrective and preventive actions.
- Works with customer to provide failure analysis support and review, validate, investigate, and document customer concerns.
- Control product quality to comply with quality standard.
- Interface with Engineering and Production to ensure transfers to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data.
- Conduct process audits, including support production team to improve and achieve process quality target.
- Coordinate with related department to implement quality system.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Male/Female, age 28 - 40 years old.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering degree preferred
- Strong knowledge in refrigerator, cold room, hot cabinet, food service / heavy equipment / products/system.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality in a manufacturing environment/Quality Control / Assurance inclusive practical knowledge of QMS and manufacturing process quality.
- Have knowledge in Quality Analysis and problem-solving technique, 5-Why analysis.
- Good communication in English
- A practical knowledge of manufacturing methods and processes is necessary.
- Ability to read, understand and interpret engineering drawings, models, specifications and documentation is required.
- Strong management skills.
- Problems - solving skill.
