    ★This position is expected to be Leader in the future to expand this business (Career Path)
    ★This position is expected to go to Japanese HQ for Training and learn marketing (Tokyo)

    - Main responsibility is to learn marketing methods from Japan and teach Thai staffs in the company
    - Data Analysis / Make new idea and strategy
    - Management marketing budget and maximize performance
    - Other related tasks as assigned by Japanese MD

    - Business level Japanese (N1 level)
    - At least 1 year exp in digital marketing (Such as social media)
    - Able to work in Japan HQ for training (Around 3 month) < Company support all expense (except private expense)
    - Welcomed to learn new things / Flexible Person

    - Have experience working for E-Commerce business
    - Have experience working in Digital Agency
