    Division: Mineral and Metal Resources
    Job description:
    - Support sales activities for ferrous/non-ferrous raw material and products
    - Coordinate with other Mitsui offices such as Mitsui Singapore and Tokyo
    - Trading activity (both import and export) under intensive and frequent communication with both customers, Mitsui Singapore/Commodity leader and other oversea offices to grasp/chase inquiry and offer timely. Execute sales/purchase contract smoothly with minimal supervision
    - Documentation and coordination work both internally and externally, such as system input, issuance of contracts, FX Booking and FX Position management,Delivery, Invoicing & Payment and credit line application in a timely manner
    - Develop healthy and open working environment, network with internal/external stakeholders
    - Visit sites such as factories, scrap yards, ports and cargo inspection

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Female, Age 25-28 years old
    - Fluent in English (TOEIC Score 750 is preferable)
    - Experience from Trading Company or Distribution company at least 2 years
    - Experience in Sales/Sales coordinator/Import Export/Logistics/ at least 2-3 years

    【Advantage】
    - Background knowledge about shipment management (import/export) will be an advantage
    - He/She needs to handle for documents and also coordinate with both customers and suppliers (especially with overseas)
    - High sense of compliance on internal and external rules and regulations
    - Energized, Open-minded and proactive personality
