  • Job Description

    - Import clearance process under BOI inbound. - Control cost for import and export shipment
    - Follow up and support Air , Sea freight
    - Monitor every shipment since pick up shipment at origin until arrival BKK or delivery to customer
    - Prepare and control document etc. HAWB , invoice , packing list , pre alert ,AWB and B/L
    - Prepare monthly expense report to manager meeting
    - Support for Export procedure and documentation requirement
    - Monitor shipments to ensure compliance of regulations
    - Tracking and tracing the progress of shipments
    - Negotiation on whether or not to be subject to BOI
    - Management and execution of BOI related matters as a whole

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - At least 5 years of professional work experience in logistics management at the national level.
    - Good command Chinese
    - Good command English
    - Can be waived in lieu of proven experience in import and export business, warehouse management, and familiarity with logistics accounting procedures.
