• Job Description

  - Record and check the completeness and correction of document :
  - Purchasing inside Thailand and other country.
  - Selling materials or service inside Thailand and other country including another selling list.
  - Payment for goods inside Thailand and other country including other payment list.
  - Receive money for goods inside Thailand and other country including other receipt list.
  - Make the documents and record the list concerning with WHT, buying tax and selling tax.
  - Make the report of PNGD 53 and VAT including the details of Tax report for Revenue Dept.
  - Reconcile of money between Account system and Bank Statement, report WHT & VAT.
  - Record and correction of document of cash.
  - Make the receipt and tax invoice for the money receipt inside Thailand and other country.
  - Make the pay-in slip.
  - Make basically the report about Balance sheet and Profit & Loss Statement.
  - Print Payment voucher, Receipt voucher, Invoice
  - Cash Payment & report (Cheque Issue & purchase customs cheque, report and E-Banking : Payment for general purchase & service in Thailand)
