  • Job Description

    1. Expand business and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
    2. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports,
    3. Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
    4. Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
    5. Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
    6. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
    7. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
    8. Understanding and promoting company programs.
    9. Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
    10. Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
    11. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
    12. Maintaining client records.
    13. Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related fields.
    2. More than 5 years of experience in sales
    3. 2 years of chemical and lab equipment product
    4. A commitment to excellent customer service.
    5. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
    6. Capable to communicate in English
    7. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    8. Have own car / Have driving license
    9. Have a positive attitude, "Can Do" mindset, like challenging.
    10. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
