  - Teaching technical and Job consulting to Leader and Sub Leader.
  - Understand the job and control the operation to follow the production process.

  - Improvement problem Robot and Jig by owner and teaching to Staff.
  - Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues in case of need for assistance from relevant departments and solve the problem is integrated.
  - Kaizen knowledge and integration issues.
  - Control for production according to schedule each day.
  - Keep the machine in good working order and coordinate the maintenance department.
  - Control the working hours for maximum performance.
  - Make a document is used in the line and provide training to the Staff.
  - Control the quality of products to meet customer requirements.
