• Job Description

  Title: HR Manager
  Report to : Assistant Vice President(Japanese), Thai GM
  Subordinate：5 staff (Payroll 1 staff, Recruiter 3 staff, Admin support 1 staff)
  Responsibility:
  - To manage performance appraisal and improvement systems
  - To manage employment and compliance to regulatory concerns
  - To promote and improve communication to employees.
  - To develop and revise all related HR policy and regulation
  - To manage employee relations, counseling
  - To manage government reporting regulations affecting human resources
  - Other tasks as assigned by Management.
