  • Job Description

    - Gather users’ requirement and concern to develop new ideas that improve overall system performance
    - Write down system specification and hand over to vendors (internal and/or external) for further development
    - Study system and process flow to streamline its operations thru new application development or new business flow design
    - Provide overall support related to systems
    - Maintain and supervise database operations, solve any related problems occurred
    - Deal with external vendors in case of outsourcing, evaluate and negotiate initially on budget, plan, timeframe and requirements

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
    - At least 4 years of working experience in IT or related fields
    - Able to communicate in English both speaking and writing
    - Has a good problem–solving and analytical skills
    - Negotiation skill is required if dealing with vendors
