    Job Core Responsibilities:
    ・Maximizes customer satisfaction through quality and service operation improvement action.
    ・Serves service managers and staff by identifying their needs; solving product quality issues, service
    technical training.
    ・Main product will be VS(Visual Solution) Products, such as Information Display / Interactive Whiteboard /
    Video wall for “Business to Business” business area.
    ・Based in Thailand but responsible for Sharp subsidiaries in Dubai, Australia, New Zealand, India,
    Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam including distributors in other Asia/MEA countries.

    Job Description:
    ・Plans and conducts the Service Training by checking service level through skill and knowledge
    examination.
    ・Grabs the market quality situation and feedback to the factory to improve it promptly.
    ・Monitors Service operation of Sales Subsidiaries and reports the result to them for improvement.
    ・Supports Asia Parts Center to improve service parts supply ratio, backorder and inventory.
    ・Supports SMTL Sales and Marketing team to expand the sales of display products in cooperation.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]:
    - Relevant recognized formal qualifications (university level)
    - Superior written, verbal and presentation skills in English. [Fluent English]
    - A proven track record of more than 3 years of experience from other competitors or similar industries is an added
    advantage.
    - Excellent communication skills and requisite diplomatic/ negotiation skills
    - Familiarity with MS Office applications, Software & Basic Network knowledge
    - Must be willing to travel frequently to other countries.

    The candidate will also be responsible for:
    1. Make Service Training Materials & provide training
    2. Service Operation Survey of other competitor and plan the service support strategy
    3. Market Quality Survey and Report
    4. Communicate and cooperate to SHARP HQ and sales companies

  • Benefit

    - Sick Leave: 30 days
