Job Description
- Control/Monitoring Safety and Environment Function
- Enhancement the Safety and Environment Function
- Coaching/Delegent to team (Safety team)
- Leader ship for lead of team to more the safety goal (ZD Accident, AD EAR/Nearmiss)
- Create the Safety, Environment
- Contribute the Safety, Environment awareness all member
- Extensive knowledge of HSE legislation, industry standards and management system standards (e.g. ISO45001 / OHSAS18001 & ISO14001).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to communicate in English
- Special Knowledge or Talent coaching/delegent job, high respond tech to under staff control, 4M Management
- Preferable Skill Legal, Forklift, confine space, Hot work, coal work, chemical work, Air, Water, Waste pollution control
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Male, age 43 years old up.
- Bachelor degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety,
- Experience 20 years in Management level of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment in the Chemical Manufacturing
- Fast learning, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills are required
- Energetic, strong in communication and interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with teamwork attitude
