  • Job Description

     Full responsibility for month end closing. Work in close collaboration with shared services center and local team.
     Primary owner of outlooks, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and multi-year strategic plans.
     Maintain standard cost master in SAP system and provide qualitative cost variance analysis, eg. PPV analysis, CC analysis, Production Variance to enable data-driven business/finance decision making.
     Responsible for credit, risk and forex management, working capital & operating cash flow. Effectively manages receivables, inventory and capital expenditures.
     Develop & implement processes and models to improve accuracy, timeliness and completeness of financial results and reporting.
     Lead internal controls initiatives and strengthen financial risk management for the factory operations in accordance to the Corporate Policies, US GAAP and SOX standards.
     Work together with corporate tax teams to ensure accurate and compliant tax reporting in Thailand.
     Be a credible finance business partner to the business leaders and work in collaborations across the functions to achieve overall company objectives/performance.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

     Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance/ Accounting
     At least 5 years of financial experience in cost accounting, financial and business management
    gained in manufacturing industry.
     At least 2 years of leadership experience as financial controller and finance business partner in a
    matrix reporting Multi-National Companies.
     Good working knowledge in US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) standards.
     Excellent written and spoken communication skills, both in Thai and English. Proficiency in
    spoken/written Japanese Language will be an added advantage.
     Demonstrated ability to lead and persuade without authority, especially in a matrix organization.
     Demonstrated ability and willingness to design and lead the execution of process improvement initiatives.
     Experience supporting and/or leading internal and external audits.
     Local tax compliance and regulation experience.

     Ability to work through ambiguity and be viewed as a change leader.
     Experience with leading ERP systems required - SAP preferred and HFM experience a must.
