• Job Description

  1. Lead negotiation and manage for Design Change Requests within his/her perimeter
  2. Introduce new supplier / technology
  3. Request for Quotation (RFQ), and involve with expert suppliers in the Pre-RFQ phase
  4. Consolidate the supplier quotations, negotiate all commercial topics directly with supplier, involve the supplier selection
  5. New order placement, Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR) follow up and Capacity Verification
  6. Ensure control of costs, respect for delivery deadlines, respect of quality requirements, and the implementation of corrective actions to achieve Project Key Date.
  7. Ensure early involvement of the Planner buyer team in new project before the production phase
  8. Contribute to the identification and implementation of Value Engineering actions (product / process / packaging / transportation) for cost reduction
  9. Maintains and updates Approved Supplier List (ASL) database
  10. Monitor and improve performance for supplier perimeter through cross-functional team in the factories
  11. Price adjustment in any economic impact
  12. Create regular statistical reports and analysis then update to his/her Superior
  13. Any additional task assigned by his/her Superior
  14. Report promptly to Superior any concerns that may affect with company.
