    - Both legal advisory work and compliance advisory
    - Be the trainer for colleague in internal and group companies
    - Provide legal services (drafting and review of contracts and giving legal advices)
    - Provide training to colleagues in the office and group companies on compliance and legal matters

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, age 30 – 40 years old
    - Bachelor degree of Law
    - Good command in English
    - 5-8 years exp. of legal advisor, counselor in law firm or corporate
    - Experience of drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, dispute resolutions and
    - Knowledge of international trade practice (incoterms)
    - Have legal license
    - Corporate secretarial matter
    - Supervisor and educate to staff for business contracts
    - Able to draft policies, conducting training session esp. on anti-bribery and corruption and anti-trust issues
