• Job Description

  1.Monthly /Quarterly/yearly financial closing : Making financial statement for both local and IFRS basis, Reporting to HCC HQ ,Handing EY audit, Reflecting special accounting treatment like impairment , Making account detail and reacting the issue to be solved.
  2.Fund management : Short /middle/long term cash forecast ,Raising fund with the appropriate cost (Minimize interest payment)
  3.Payment : Payment operation such as bank transfer ,cash or check payment .Building appropriate Payment process toward the prevention of fraud.
  4.Risk monitoring / Risk hedge: Grasping foreign currency exchange risk .Risk hedge by foreign exchange reservation ,etc.
  5.AR management : AR aging report, credit risk survey.
  6.Asset management :Physical stocktaking ,Slow-moving and excess stock management .Action when the problem are detected.
  7.Performance management : Making performance management documents, supervising budget process ,Collaborating with HCC business sector.
  8.Tax : Tax application , handing with Tax law update transfer pricing.
  9.Internal control & Audit : J-sox ,treating several kind of audit, conducting internal audit appropriately.
  10.Compliance : Confirming the legal observation related to the company operation.
  11.Budget in each group : Setting the necessary personal expense, Making group budget policy for next fiscal year.
  12.Fostering subordinate, Work hour management.
  13.Other issues generated or instructed by your superior.
