Requirement

- Male/Female, Age: 30-45
- Knowledge of labor law
- Abundant practical experience in HR & GA
- Experience in Welfare committee, union and labor negotiation
- Establish personnel evaluation system
- English skill(L4 up)
- Ability to build relationships with internal departments such as manufacturing departments and technical departmentsEnglish Level
