  • Job Description

    【Responsibilities】
    - Documentation for Shipping through our own system
    - Coordination and/or adjustment with manufacturers for delivery arrangement
    - Follow up PO and Delivery date with suppliers
    - Generate PO, quotations and other sales-related documents
    - Coordinate with customers about orders and delivery via phone calls and e-mails in English
    - Visit client with Japanese MD*Once a month/Only few times
    - Other tasks as assigned
