  • Job Description

    - Managing, monitoring and controlling all human resources, administration, Safety & Environment activities within company in order to ensure well-being of HR&SHE strategies and best practices linked to company business objectives
    - Manage overall safety, health & environment to ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
    - Create, improve and implement compensation and benefit strategies to support our business objectives whilst ensuring compliance with tax and legal regulations
    - Handle HR,SHE policies & procedures, manpower control, performance appraisal, staff training & development
    - Ensure that all HR & SHE matters follow strictly our HR&SHE procedures & guidelines
    - Handle employees’ relation & activity, internal communication, company’s activities such as New Year party, team building, sports day, Safety week etc.
    - Any ad-hoc HR & SHE duties assigned by GM and head quarter from Japan.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Male/Female, Age 35 years and up
    - Bechalor / Master degree in Related field
    - At least 5 years’ experience in HR including Safety, Health and Environment management
    [Personality]
    - Consulting skills in areas such as organizational design, OD, change management
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, intrinsic motivation
    - Ability to work independently and in a fast moving environment
    - Proactive work ethic with strong organizational skills
