    - Research and find companies in Thailand, such as sellers (who want to sell their company by M&A), JVC partners, suppliers, vendors
    for thier clients who want to buy a company, companies who want to find a supplyer
    - Analysis companies' business model and financial report beliefly
    - Make a appointment with companies' CEO or owner and visit them
    - Prepare report of companies about business model and financial status and explain to clients
    - Coordinate further process with experts like, lawyers and CPAs
    - Match companies with clients and negotiate

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Fluent in English (need to make documents and report in English)
    - Finance or accounting knowledge(understand accounting standard and analysis financial statements)
    - willing to visit clients and negotiate clients(has experience in clients, like suggesting, consulting, negotiating)
    - Less than 30 years

    【Advantage】
    - if CDD can speak Japanese at N2 level, it is a great advantage
    - M&A advisory experience
    - business consulting experience
