  • Job Description

    - Responsible for handling all rules and regulations
    - Responsible for contacting customs clearance
    - Handle daily import-export documents of customs formalities and determining tariffs (in Tax-Free Zone)
    - Closely work and coordinate with Superiors to conduct of Company's customs clearance procedure & policy
    - Negotiate effectively clearance procedures upon crucial issues
    - Interact with contractors, shipping agencies, warehouse operation staff, transportation agencies and other related parties to appropriately discuss and negotiate Harmonize Codes, tariff tax, customs rules and formalities
    - Work closely with superior level staff to conduct business’ Logistics and Customs Clearance operations and related tasks
    - Other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Male or female age 40-50 years old
    - BA or MBA in related
    - Have licence of customs specialist and directly working experienced 10 years in customs formalities task.
    - Harmonize code management jobs
    - Prefer candidate who come from forwarder company.


    [Advantage]
    - Leadership skill & can coaching teams ( EDI officers )
    - Strong knowledge in Harmonize codes, Tariff Tax, Refunds job, customs regulation, etc.
