• Job Description

  1. Conduct customer presentations educating potential customers of company’s capabilities and advantages. Extensive travel is required.
  2. Manage incoming inquiries via phone, fax and email.
  3. Coordinate customer support from all departments to insure clients are well informed of what services are being provided and understand changes as they occur.
  4. Work closely with company’s Estimating Department by determining the project’s scope and priority, compiling the project information from the customer, communicating their requirements, understanding the completed estimate and finally negotiating price and delivery terms to the customer.
  5. Complete all estimating requests using sales request forms and worksheets as required.
  6. Track progress of all open sales projects.
  7. Recommend efficient channels of distribution and maintain relationships with on-going direct project, fabrication customers and distributors.
  8. Maintain organized records and documentation of customers and orders.
  9. Complete a monthly Sales Status report.
  10 Coordinates regional trade shows, exhibitions and conferences.
  11 Responsible for the supervision and management of independent representatives located in remote locations.
