  • Job Description

    - Responding to HR and labor related issues in group companies in Thailand and give consultation.
    - Collection of personnel and labor related information and deployment of the same to group companies in Thailand
    - Organizing ASEAN/ India presidents meetings and HR meetings in Thailand
    - Developing and implementing HR strategies and managing Human resource related issue.
    - Formulation and management of Regulations
    - Take care and Control General affairs

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Age not over 50
    - Long Experienced in management level of HR and GA function

    【Advantage】
    - Strong experience HR especially in Labor law and Unions
    - Experienced both trading and factory business
    - Good command in English
    - Japanese would be advantage

  • English Level

    Level 3 - Business Level

  • Other Language

    English
