    This position could develop the company with Japanse MD from the beginning and experience the start-up processes!! You could establish and develop the Human Resource with MD.

    - English skill (Business Level)
    - Japanese skill (N3)
    - Having experience in Restaurant chain as an HR (Can consider Retail)
    - Able to see the overview of the HR and practical accounting
    (Experience various tasks in a small company)
    - Quite good skill and knowledge of HR

    - Having experience in the start-up as HR
    - Able to make the rule and manual
