Job Description
- Overall HR and GA tasks
- HR Generalist, ensuring the accuracy of the time attendance, review and check the overtime and leave record ,staff's leave, medical and other welfare record
- Responsible and ensure accuracy of relevant Government report such as Tax and Social security
- Facilitate recruitment and training concerned
- Responsible for Japanese Visa & Work permit in timeline
- Build new rules or regulations for staff
- Management 10 people HR and GA team
- Other tasks as assignment
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male/Female , age 40 years old up
- Bachelor or higher degree any field
- Experience HR manager in Factory (more than 200 staff )
- Communicative English
- Company Shuttle Bus(from RamaⅡ)English Level
Level 4 - Conversational Level
