o Planning business strategies with management and 4 key managers to achieve the business goal.
o Leading 4 key managers to run the school operation smoothly with the excellent student & sales achievement.
o Assisting all instructors and staff to deliver excellent educational services in order to grow the student achievement with our Warwick Institute method.
o Leading and working closely with the sales team to plan and deliver sales achievement with sufficient marketing supports and sales tactics.
o Leading the meetings and interacting with key managers to ensure that all managers successfully deliver their tasks with excellent quality of services.
o Working with the Human Resource manager to keep the wonderful working environment and provide sufficient training for instructors and staff to grow.
o Strengthen the brand image as the number one brand in the market with excellent services, school premise, and student achievement.
o Providing the sales and business report to management in order to ensure the managers and departments deliverables.
o Providing everyday management and support to 4 key managers and staff.
o Managing results: sales target and student achievement.
o Motivating and coaching managers and staff to provide excellent results and service.
o Identification of key areas of improvement and implementing the correct changes.
o Ensure that the school operates according to the company mission with the number one brand position.
o Ensuring a good ROI on all people and physical resources.
o Assuring consistent levels of student and staff satisfaction.
o Budgeting planning and forecasting.
o Providing timely and accurate reports and analysis to the chairman and executive director.
o Meeting tough Sales targets.
o Motivating a team of people from diverse backgrounds and skills levels.
o Finding a balance between optimum sales levels while maintaining the quality of educational delivery.
o Selling the brand as a premium service through your team members.
***Commission & Sales Bonus based on sales performance
5 years plus sales experience and 2 years plus business management experience, ideally with premium B2C service and education sector.
o Experience managing a business and a P&L.
o Experience working in a franchise model would be an advantage.
o Can work on weekends and take day-offs on weekdays.
o Strong people management skills.
o Used to working with targets and benchmarking success.
