  • Job Description

    - Management control of the engineering department To be in accordance with the policy and target of the company
    - Manage engineering work including systems To increase efficiency in production lines and industrial plants
    - Collaborate with the production department to evaluate and monitor production systems to reduce production costs.
    - overseeing, controlling, and establishing guidelines for the department's operations To be in accordance with the standard system Quality systems and various specifications of companies and customers
    - Always comply with the ISO quality management system and improve work development.
    - Manage and control new project(new product) SPC, Ppk, Cpk to achieve target.
    - Manage and supervise staff to comply with company regulations
    - Coordinate between departments and other departments To achieve common goals
    - Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male/Female Age 40-45(can try if the CDD is 50 years old)
    - More than 10 years’ experience in the Production function
    - Good knowledge in ISO 14000, ISO 9001
    - Good command in English
    - Knowledge about Metal Parts(Die,Steel,Metal,Welding, Stamping etc.)
    - Good in leadership, problem-solving skills, analytic skill and decision-making.
    - Highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a team
    - Ability to work with diverse teams of employees
