• Job Description

  Main duty: Coordinate
  - Coordinate with customer, Taking calls from customers.
  - Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
  - Meeting with customer
  - Update schedule of outsource and NCT Employee
  - Meeting memo
  - Create prospecting customers master and customer master
  - Order taker from customers or other
  - Check Timesheet and send to customer
  - Follow up sale process or purchase process
  - Processing vender register
  - Processing contract , agreement , work condition
  - Checking prices and contracts are up to date
  - Reporting monthly sales results/Sales Meeting
  - Follow up PO from customer
  
  Other duty: Outsource
  - Coordinate with the customer to appointment for interview
  - Follow up the customer for the feedback after interview
  - Follow up and get feedback from customer and outsource
  - Visit outsource onsite
  - Visit customer and get feedback
