    <Products>
    Tank Cap for motorcycle,Key Cylinder,Handle Lock,Lock Assy,Check Valve,Fuel Valve

    <Your mission>
    As the purchasing section, you will be mainly responsible for purchase import / export operations and BOI.
    The department's work includes purchasing, import & export, and BOI.

    <Job summary>
    - Creation of PO (purchase order that describes sales conditions such as product name and shipping conditions)
    - Support for order documents
    - Creation of Letter of Intent Agreement(Japan ⇔ Thai)
    - Create import / export business documents （Invoice,Packing list,Bill of Lading）
    - Request for shipment to the factory, arrangement of export customs clearance to carry the cargo from the factory to overseas
    - To deliver products on time,Perform shipping request, inventory check, ordering, schedule adjustment.
    - Responding to inquiries from domestic customers and suppliers
    - Communicate with BOI staff to create documents
    - Create a shipping plan, check items in the regular order, and arrange delivery
    - Exchange with suppliers to place orders. (Percentage of customers: Japan head office 20%, Thailand local 80%)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Female/26-39 age
    - Graduated from university
    - Experience in International sales or Purchase or Import＆Export
    - Good English skills(Can read English sentences, communicate with clients, suppliers, and importers / exporters)
    - Create data and documents using Microsoft Office

    [Advantage]
    - Japanese skill is better
    - Experience in BOI
