• Job Description

  Providing financial guidance to management on appropriate business planning and support in decision making processes to ensure the appropriate business financial situation. Also be responsible for day-to-day Financial Operations and Financial Management of company.
  
  Financial Operations :
  - Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget and accounting
  - Prepares company financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts (such as P/L, Cash Flow, Balance sheet, supplier payment and etc.)
  - Reviews company financial statements with management personnel
  - Produces three years’ company financial plan including support of resources plan and preparation of detailed revenue and capital expenditure budgets
  - Directs the maintenance of general ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records
  - Reviews company financial reports and execute Cost Analysis to reduce costs
  
  Cost Center and Project Expenses Management and Control :
  - Ensure that all cost centers and approved projects are defined and recorded while the relevant procedures are appropriately maintained and applied, made known to relevant staff
  - All expenses shall be captured to proper cost center / project
  - Expenditure report of required cost center / project shall be produced upon request any time with accuracy
  
  Local Tax Advisory :
  - Proactively provide guidance and immediately alert to management personnel regarding local tax regulations to ensure the full compliance, which has most benefits to company
  
  Procurement Operations :
  - Ensure that all company procurement procedures are appropriately maintained, continuous improvement and applied, made known to relevant staff and adhered to throughout the organization.
