  • Job Description

    - Implement and maintain QC system to ensure effective quality control
    - Coordinate with the customer on all quality matters
    - Responsible for documentation control of the quality management system
    - Manage to in-coming in-process final quality inspection and customer claim
    - Manage and maintain ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
    - Coordinate with the team for corrective action solutions of internal KPI and external customer issues.
    - Work with the team on the problem-solving initiative and link action and outcome to control plan and FMEA plant inspection points and customer returns.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Male or Female / Age 37-43 years old
    - Bachelor degree or higher in Industrial Engineer/ Mechanical /Other related fields
    - More than 10 Year experience in QA/QC
    - Good Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
    - Good Knowledge with APQP FMEA MSA PPAP
    - Good command in English

    - Good communication skill able to contact the customer with QA issue
    - Competent in problem-solving, team building, planning and decision making
