Job Description
-Support sales or basic technical information services, both Network Infrastructure and Software for customers and related parties.
-Analyze and collect requirement details according to the customer needs. In order to summarize the requirement for mutual understanding
-Analyze system weaknesses to suggest or offer an ideas for improving systems or quality work procedures.
-Prepare and review documents such as IT Project Plan, Scope of work, Software Requirement, Specification, Test Scenario.
-Check the accuracy of the information before and after the test.
-Plan and monitor the development, installation and testing of systems to satisfy customer needs.
Qualifications
Requirement
-Bachelor's degree in Computer, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent GPA 2.75 or higher
-At least 2 years of experience in IT Business Analyst, Programmer, Tester, Pre-Sales.
-Fresh graduates are welcomed with work related to system design and development while studying. Or through internships in system design and development
-Good command both peaking and writing in English
-Able to learn and understand business processes
-Have knowledge and experience in using database or SQL Server
-Have knowledge in analysis and system design
-Have negotiation and problem solving skillsEnglish Level
