• Job Description

  - Responsible for Production Planning, Raw Material Planning, Inventory Control, for ensure that the procedure meet with all requirements of Customers
  - Control and monitoring target of section, define target and follow up including countermeasure if any problems and occur with Supervisor.
  Report all to department manager.
  - Support data & evidences for new project, Customer & APQP Team.
  Supervise the team and subordinates in order to run the operation smoothly.
  - Identify and Record problems relating to manufacturing process.
  - Identify and segregate nonconforming product.
  - Initiate actions to prevent the re-occurrence of non conformance.
  - Issuing and Review the Monthly Report in Manager meeting once a month.
  - Develop working standard and perform productivity increase system and lost reduction such as TPS, CCCF, QCC,Kaizen , 5 S etc.
  - Performance report and follow up the QMS in Management Review once a month.
  - Coordinate with Purchasing to control raw material and external work.
  - Control Inventory turn over.
