• Job Description

  1.Perform operational and financial analyzes within business units and present findings and recommendation to Managers
  2. Develop and implement operational and cost controls to achieve business objectives
  3. Develop metrics and tracing system for major cost drivers
  4. Develop annual operational budgets and monthly forecasts with plant management
  5. Ensure effective systems and controls are in place within the operations
  6. Provide guidance and direction to internal team for improving operational and financial performance
  7. Maintain inventory control and provide analysis of trends in inventory changes
  8. Identify cost-reducing opportunities for continuous improvement
  9. Assist in waste management and reporting
  10. Assist in streamlining business processes at business unit level to achieve business goals
  11. Assist in preparation and evaluation of annual budgets
  12. Work closely with Internal Controls, as needed, to investigate and correct operational issues
  13. Provide information to support operation on cost saving project and improvement project i.e. value engineering, machine utilization, cost center spending for operation and management reviews
  14. Track and report key performance operation metrics: inventories movement (intake & outtake), production, cost
  controls and performance indicators that will help in improving business performance
  15. Ensure business operations are in compliance with company policies and best practices
  16. Work on ad-hoc projects/analysis
