[Purpose]As Senior IT and Business Solutions Manager, you will manage demand, implementation, and delivery process; ensure business efficiency in adoption of proposed solution, identify and address business demand by proposing appropriate and relevant infrastructure and application components. Manage efficiently IT Business projects & operations support including budget, timeline, resource, progress, deliverables, quality, and security as part of Company’s digital transformation journey[Responsibilities]• Drive business and IT transformation strategy to ensure cost effectiveness and best in class solution• Evaluate emerging technologies; provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate and keep the company at the forefront of developments in Company’s digital transformation journey• Ensures the company's data remains secure by keeping up to date on the latest cyber security threats and finds ways to guard against them on an organization-wide scale• Plan and manage multi-year transformation roadmap and projects to drive Company’s digital transformation with prioritization to reflect them in mid-term & long-term plan• Develop and manage IT investment/budget plan• Identify strategic business and IT needs incorporating with Involved in Global and Regional initiatives (Global S&OP, SAP, CRM, E-COMMERCE, IT Security, PDPA etc.)• Manage transformation and IT team performance evaluation, coaching and development, goal setting to align with business strategy and transformation roadmap• Search, negotiate evaluate and select right solutions and partners• Report multiple transformation projects progress status, issue, risk, and cost to management• Leverage and share the best practice design to improve business operations and solve the level of system complexity landscape• Oversee and ensure IT governance policy and guideline incorporate with global and regional IT team• Perform any other duties as assigned
