  • Job Description

    -Arranging meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements
    -Co-operate both internal and external parties to complete services base on a project basis
    -Present effectively both marketing and advertising support plan in order to build clients’ brands in the market successfully
    -Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
    -Monitoring all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly with quality
    -Writing status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated
    -Ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget and Offering creative ideas to the account manager to develop exciting campaigns and encourage clients to understand the importance of creativity throughout projects
    -Understand basic financial skill (Profit and Loss)
    -Keeping oneself stimulated in order to achieve maximum productivity
    -Follow and manage documentation and general application of company system

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -Male/Female, aged 28-31 years, 3-5 years’ experience in advertising fields is preferable
    -Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Mass Communication
    -Excellent both oral and written communication skills
    -Strong communication and presentation skills
    -Pleasant personality and service mind
    -Have knowledge about Marketing communication & Event project management skill
    -A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints
    -Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
    -Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook
    -A personable and professional character that will allow you to build client rapport
