Job Description
-Managing warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
-Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
-Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
-Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
-Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
-Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
-Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.
-Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
-Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock
report etc).
-Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
Qualifications
Requirement
-Degree in logistics, supply chain management or related
business administration.
-3 Years -up in wharehouse-Logistics in management level.
(Total experience should not be less than 10 years)
-English communication; speaking , writing and listening.
-Computer; Excel, World processing, power point, etc.
-Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
-Understanding of best practices in warehouse management.
-Understand and practice visual management of stores through visual controls,
FIFO,5 S management and safety in stores.
-Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
-Leadership skills and ability manage staff.English Level
