    - Male only, Thai Nationality with a University Degree aged 21-35 years old
    - Experience at least 2 years in IT support/ Technical support
    - Good command of spoken and written English
    - Knowledge of relevant computer applications, including operational/backend business software.
    - In-depth product/service knowledge and problem solving skills to troubleshoot customer problems.
