  • Job Description

    1.Quality Assurance
    - Take care of the Quality Assurance process of incoming call voice (Call Center) and non-voice activities of other related sections.
    - Feedback quality assurance results to related section and coordinates to ensure quality expectation, which met each section’s objective
    - Able to guide service improvement to related section
    2.Customer voice and Complaint management
    -Handle customer complaint from all sources such as call center, survey, e-mail and social media
    -Coordinate with related section to review & feedback to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
    3. Prepare PDCA monthly report to Top Management
    4. Manage new project when required

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female age between 35-45 years old
    - Bachelor degree
    - 6 years experience in car registration
    - Have a service mind
    - Effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of Honda Leasing
    - Solid time management skills
    - Exceptional listening and analytical skills
    - Proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel & PowerPoint, Basic Word)
