    - Efficiently provide support to Career Advisor in term of the shortlisted candidates to increasing the company’s productivity and profitability.
    - Understanding the demand and supply of jobs and candidates.
    - Priority urgent positions requested
    - Energetically approach active and passive candidates to matching the client requirement.
    - Using company tools for scouting candidates.
    - Ensure the candidates information is updated correctly in the company system and any necessary information as acquired prior to transferring information to Career Advisor.
    - Prescreening candidate and arrange interview with Career Advisor.
    - Achieving monthly target.
    - Responsibility for sales individual report.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Thai nationality
    - Female is preferable, Age 22 – 25 years old
    - Warmly welcome new graduated
    - Bachelor's degree in any fields
    - Experience in recruitment agency, HR recruiter, consultant , customer service, telesales or other related to the recruitment process would be an advantage.
    - Good command of English
    - Pro-active, Good communications, service mind and interpersonal skills.
